About Us
Recognized internationally as a First Growth of California, Luc and Jodie Morlet handcraft vins de terroir and unique cuvées from the Napa Valley. Meticulously farmed vineyards, utilizing organic and regenerative practices, and low-intervention winemaking techniques produce powerful yet refined wines. Aged exclusively in French oak barrels from selected artisan coopers, the wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered. An unwavering commitment to quality leads to small yields, attentive sorting, and the highest standard when blending. By taking classic French principles and adapting them to California, the Morlet style results in wines which are harmonious in their intensity, richness and complexity, while clearly displaying strong personality, seamless character and graceful aging capability. The greatly sought-after wines are available to the winery’s mailing list and can be found at the finest restaurants and specialty wine shops around the globe.

Tasting Experience
Recognized internationally as a First Growth of the Napa Valley, tastings at Morlet Family Winery are available on a limited basis by prior appointment only. Guests enjoy a private, seated experience with only those in their party. A brief tour of our historic winery is followed by an exclusive tasting of several of our wines. A $200 per person tasting fee is waived when six or more bottles per person are purchased from our current release at the conclusion of the visit. Although priority is given to active Members of our Mailing List, we are pleased to welcome new visitors. We recommend scheduling your tasting one to two months in advance for weekday visits, and three months in advance for a Saturday request. Please note that our winery is closed on all Sundays and holidays. We kindly ask that guests reserve one and a half hours for their visit.
